These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UNLI (“UNLI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
UNLI provides access to multiple AI models with truly unlimited tokens via a unified platform and API. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using the Service.
By creating an account, integrating our API, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy).
We may offer paid plans (including a flat‑rate plan for unlimited tokens). By subscribing, you authorize us and/or our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non‑refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change pricing and plan features with notice.
Our goal is to provide truly unlimited tokens across supported AI models. To maintain platform reliability for all customers, we may apply automated protections against abuse or service degradation. We reserve the right to throttle, temporarily pause, or otherwise mitigate traffic that: (a) is malicious or clearly abusive, (b) materially degrades shared infrastructure for others, or (c) violates these Terms or our policies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any mitigation actions and to help you remediate underlying issues.
The Service may route requests to third‑party model providers and infrastructure partners. Your use of specific models may be subject to additional terms from those providers. We do not control third‑party services and are not responsible for their performance or practices.
We take privacy seriously. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not log or store the content of prompts or completions sent through our API. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We strive for high availability, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL UNLI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO UNLI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNLI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third‑party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end, except for those that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your place of incorporation or residence of record with UNLI, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good‑faith negotiations and, if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief for matters related to data security or intellectual property.
